These terms apply to the use of pipedevs.com and to all services provided by Pipedevs ("we", "us") to you ("the client"). By using the website or hiring us, you agree to these terms. A signed quote or contract can add to these terms; if they conflict, the quote or contract applies.

1. About us

Pipedevs is an independent business based in Pakistan that provides Bitrix24 automation, custom development, consultation and support, CRM operations services, and A2P 10DLC and WhatsApp approval services. We are not Bitrix24, Twilio or Meta, and we do not represent them.

2. Quotes and scope

• Every project starts with a written quote that lists the work, price and timeline.
• A quote is valid for 14 days from the date it is sent.
• Work not listed in the quote is a change request. We send a separate price before doing it. Small changes may be billed at the hourly rate in the quote.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Deposits, milestones, retainers and support hours follow our Payment Terms. Work starts after the first payment is received.

4. Client responsibilities

• Give us the access, information and decisions we need on time. Delays on your side move the timeline.
• Make sure you have the right to give us access to your systems and data.
• Keep your own backups of important data before major changes.
• Pay third-party costs directly, such as Bitrix24 plans, provider fees, carrier and Meta fees, and hosting you own.

5. Access and credentials

• We ask for the least access needed, preferably a separate or temporary account, never your personal password.
• We keep access details confidential and remove our access when the work is done.
• You can remove our access at any time. Work that needs that access stops until it is given again.

6. Delivery and bug fixes

• We test the work before handover and tell you when it is ready for your review.
• After handover, we fix errors in the work we delivered for free if you report them within 14 days.
• This bug-fix period does not cover new features, changes to the agreed scope, changes made by you or others, or changes in third-party platforms.
• If an error is caused by Bitrix24 or another platform, we report it to that platform's support and follow up for you. In rare cases their fix may take longer than 14 days. We do not control their timelines.

7. Ownership

• After full payment, you own the deliverables made for you: code, settings, templates and documentation.
• We keep the right to reuse general tools, methods and code that are not specific to your business.
• Until full payment, we keep ownership of the deliverables and may pause or remove work we host.

8. Hosting of custom solutions

If we host an integration or app for you on our server, hosting terms and any monthly fee are stated in the quote. You can move the solution to your own server at any time; we give the code and help with the transfer at the hourly rate.

9. Third-party services and approvals

• Our work depends on platforms we do not control, such as Bitrix24, Twilio, mobile carriers and Meta (WhatsApp).
• Approvals for A2P 10DLC brands and campaigns and for WhatsApp senders and templates are decided by carriers and Meta. We prepare submissions to meet their published rules, but we cannot guarantee approval.
• Changes to these platforms' features, prices or rules are outside our control.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only for your project. We sign a separate NDA on request.

11. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

• We work with care, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the related work in the 3 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending the work

Either side can end a project with written notice. You pay for work done up to that date, as set out in the Refund Policy. Monthly services end as described in the Payment Terms.

14. Website use

The website content is for general information. Do not misuse the website, send spam through the forms, or try to break its security.

15. Trademarks

Bitrix24, Twilio, WhatsApp, Meta, Xero, QuickBooks and other names are trademarks of their owners. Pipedevs is an independent business and is not endorsed by them.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to solve any dispute by talking with you in good faith.

17. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the website at the time of your quote applies to that project.
