This policy explains what personal data Pipedevs ("we", "us") collects through pipedevs.com and our services, why we collect it, and your rights. Pipedevs is an independent business based in Pakistan.

1. Who is responsible

Pipedevs is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at contact@pipedevs.com with any privacy question or request.

2. What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, and if you choose to give them, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Call bookings: when you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and the answers you give. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that booking page.
• Project work: when you hire us, we may get access to your systems (for example your Bitrix24 portal or telephony provider) and the business data inside them, only as needed for the agreed work.
• Billing: name, company, address and payment details needed to send invoices and receive payments.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the website working.

3. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not use analytics tools. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us. Fonts are served from our own server.

4. Why we use your data

• To reply to your message or booking request (our legitimate interest, or steps before a contract).
• To deliver the services you hired us for (contract).
• To send invoices and keep financial records (legal obligation).
• To send occasional emails about our services or apps, only if you ticked the box for this (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To protect our website from spam and misuse (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Web hosting and email (Hostinger)
• Call booking (Calendly) and video calls (Google Meet or Zoom)
• Payments (for example Payoneer, bank transfer or a payment platform you choose)
• Freelance platforms, if you hire us through one (for example Upwork)

Some of these providers process data outside your country. They use their own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required.

6. Client data in project work

• We use the least access needed and ask for temporary or separate accounts where possible.
• We do not copy your business data outside your systems unless the work requires it and you agree.
• We keep project notes, specifications and communication for 18 months after the project ends, then delete them.
• You can ask us to delete your project specifications and notes earlier. We will do so within 30 days.
• If we host custom code or an integration for you on our server, we keep that code and the data it needs to run for as long as we host it for you. When you move it to your own server, we delete our copy within 30 days of the transfer.
• Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

7. How long we keep other data

• Contact form messages that do not lead to a project: up to 18 months.
• Email consent: until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: as set by our hosting provider, usually a few weeks.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or some US states), you may have the right to:

• see the personal data we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• limit or object to how we use it
• get a copy in a common format
• withdraw consent at any time

Email contact@pipedevs.com to use any of these rights. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

9. Security

The website uses HTTPS. We use strong passwords, two-step login where available, and remove our access to client systems when the work is done.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
