Payment Terms

These payment terms apply to all services from Pipedevs, together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. Currency and quotes
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Quotes are valid for 14 days.
- Prices do not include third-party costs, such as Bitrix24 plans, provider, carrier or Meta fees, which you pay directly.
2. Deposits and milestones

| Under $300 | 100% before work starts |
| $300 to $1,000 | 50% before work starts, 50% at handover |
| Over $1,000 | 3 milestones: 40% to start, 30% at the agreed middle point, 30% at handover |
| Monthly services | Paid monthly in advance |
| Support hours | Paid in advance as a block of 5, 10 or 20 hours |
3. Invoices
- Invoices are due within 7 days unless the quote says otherwise.
- Work starts after the first payment is received.
- If a payment is late, we may pause the work until it is received. Timelines move by the length of the pause.
- Final deliverables and ownership are handed over after full payment.
4. Payment methods
We accept bank transfer and Payoneer. Other methods can be agreed in the quote. Bank and transfer fees on your side are paid by you.
5. Monthly services
- Billed at the start of each month.
- Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
- Unused hours in a month do not carry over, unless agreed in writing.
6. Support hours
- Time is taken from your block in 15-minute steps, and you get a report of the hours used.
- Hours are valid for 90 days from purchase.
7. Taxes
Prices do not include taxes that may apply in your country. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or withholding in your country.
