A service company that typed every invoice twice
Before: When a deal was won, the accountant opened Xero and typed the client, products and amounts again. Sales could not see in Bitrix24 whether the invoice was paid.

- Administrator access to Bitrix24 and API access to the other system
- A test or sandbox account for the other system, if one exists

Questions about Custom Bitrix24 Development
Where does the custom code run?
Small solutions can run inside Bitrix24 as a local app. Integrations usually run on a server: your own, or ours while you need it. You can move the code to your own server at any time.
Do you work with Bitrix24 Cloud and On-Premise?
Yes. Cloud projects use the REST API, webhooks and local apps. On-Premise projects can also use modules on your own server.
Who owns the code?
You do, after full payment. You get the source code and documentation. We may reuse general tools that are not specific to your business.
Which Bitrix24 plan do I need?
Custom integrations need a plan with REST API access. Some lower plans do not include it. We check your plan before we quote.
